Description: 40-acre industrial complete site retrofit which included grading, asphalt and concrete parking, concrete structures, storm drain system, and stabilization and grading for railroad spur.

Challenges: This complex project offered numerous challenges throughout its course. An existing 55-year old facility stood on the property and needed removal, and all underground infrastructures needed resurrection for proper working order. Expansive soil conditions made it especially challenging, all while meeting the land-owner’s deadlines for completion.
