Mike Long
Our president and founder, Mike started the company in 1978. He’s involved in every stage of the jobs we take on—from bidding to completion—bringing more than three decades of experience to your site.
Michelle (Long) Madsen
Mike’s daughter Michelle wears many hats and has been an integral part of our company since 1996. In addition to serving as CFO, she oversees all office duties, including financials, contracts, insurance, and safety regulations.
Dustin Long
Mike’s son Dustin joined the company in 2000. He now serves as our Vice President and Superintendant, overseeing all field duties and projects. He is involved in all phases of the project to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and overall success on your job. His certifications include CPR, confined space, trench and excavation, heat illness, and gas welding.
Scott Long
Mike’s older son Scott started his career at Teichert Construction. He joined the family business as an Operator/Foreman in 2013, and can be found running crews on M.A. Long job sites. He specializes in heavy equipment and technical excavation.
Mike Vice
Mike isn’t just M.A. Long’s Concrete Division Foreman—he helped launch the entire Concrete Division and make it successful. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry and joined the M.A. Long team in 2012.
Ronnie Noyes
A skilled estimator with more than 35 years of experience, Ronnie joined M.A. Long in 2003. His certifications include CPR, confined space, trench and excavation, and heat illness.
