Description: Complete retrofit of all roadway, truck docks & ramps, and handicap access.

Challenges: This retrofit project required the MA Long team to upgrade buildings and roadways from 1937 while preserving their original facade. Dealing with lots of heavy equipment in a small space while maintaining access for the tenants throughout the project required the team to be creative and efficient.
